This clear cut cedar home and double car garage on Beach Drive S.W. is located on the water side of the street. In fact at high tide it is literally 30 feet from the water's edge. At low tide you have your own little beach where you can lay in the sun and lookout at both Vashon and Bainbridge Islands. On a warm day you might even want to take a swim. From the fully furnished and appointed deck area you can enjoy beautiful sunsets while you dine and sip your favorite wine. The home itself has 2 master suites. One upstairs and the other downstairs. |

The master Queen suite upstairs has an open showerarea with two shower heads, a double sink and a jacuzzi spa large enough for 4 adults. The master suite downstairs is a King and includes a tiled shower, a single wash basinand a beautifully tiled steam room. The den, located upstairs, has in addition to a small office space, a comfortable sofa sleeper which sleeps 2 with a bathroom including shower just down the hall. There is also a small exercise room with a stationarybike and a tread mill. If you need to do some laundry there is also room for that. |
